This is my last post for 2008. Mummy says I have to make some New Years Resolutions so here goes:
  • To continue sleeping through the night ( that's for mummy)
  • To will England to win more rugby games ( thats for daddy)
  • To try not to pee on all of Mummy and Daddy's friends (oops sorry!)

I can't think of any more at the moment..

I spent lots of time with Aunty Bex this week. She is great to hang with, she sings to me and cuddles me and looks after me when Mummy and Daddy go running. I will miss her. She left today and I feel sad.
I really enjoyed my first Christmas in Seoul, well my first Christmas ever! We started off by going to church on Christmas Eve though I didn't sing much as I was too busy wanting more food. Mummy said that that is the first time she has had to feed me during a church service.
Mummy and Daddy went running in the morning and spread Christmas cheer though they said all the Korean people they met thought they looked a bit strange in their Christmas hats.
We had my friend Isabella over for lunch. Her Mummy and Daddy had to come as well. Sometimes I think the grown ups should just leave us be. I really like Isabella, she is very nice but lots bigger than me. She wanted to come into my hammock as well and play with me but the grown ups stopped that game. Sometimes grown ups can really spoil your fun.
All in all a very successful week, I got lots of lovely presents from everyone who loves me from all around the world. Its great, I don't have to do much and I get all this attention and love. Until next week.....

Highlights of my week
  • Hosting baby group with my mummy and aunty. 6 girls came to my first baby group. I decided to sleep through most of it and I let Malcolm look after them all.
  • Aunty Bex arrived! She was a bit scared of me at first because I am a bit of a handful but now she's a pro.
  • I turned 100 days old this week. In my home town of Seoul it is a very important milestone so we celebrated with cake and Grandma and Poppa sang to me over the computer. They didn't get to eat cake which I thought was a little unfair, it's not as though Mummy and Daddy need to eat it all!
  • We went Christmas shopping but I spent most of the time strapped to Daddy's woollen jumper so I had a funny print on my face.
  • There are many pressies under our tree that are for me. When Mummy, Daddy and Aunty Bex aren't looking I sneak under there and peel back the cellotape. So far they haven't left me alone enough to look under the shiny paper.... (sometimes I wish they could see I just need my space).
  • As I write this it has started snowing. I really hope for my first Christmas it will snow so we can build snowmen and rugby balls.

Merry Christmas everyone. Lots of sloppy kisses and dribble from me.

love Jasper

Mummy wraps me up so much for the cold that I seem to have lost my face

Its all too much!
Mince pies, ambassadors and carols.

I've decided that I just love the silly season. Dressing up is my favourite thing at the moment and Ive been spotted dressed as a cow, a bear and even Father Christmas (Mummy and I aren't allowed to say 'Santa' as Daddy says we aren't American).

Last week Mummy and I went to a 'Mince Pie and Carol' morning at the British Embassy ( as you do) and I made friends with the British Ambassador ( see enclosed pic of me looking very comfortable) He liked me a lot even when I had to pass wind quite a few times on him.

I have had a bit of a hard week. My tummy has been a bit sore so Mummy has had to massage my tummy to help me feel better. Grandma suggested to Mummy that she went and had Korean food and that really has helped me, clever Grandma. Sleeping is now a lot easier without all that wind.

Ive had many social engagements this week. Ive had to fit in dates with Annabella and Lila as well. Ive pulled out my best smiles and laughs for the girls and they seemed to appreciate the effort made on their behalf.

Aunty Bex is coming tomorrow! Ive been told she is going to 'smother' me. I'm not sure what 'smother' means but it kind of sounds like a type of mummy so that sounds like a good deal to me.
On the weekend Mummy and Daddy took me to buy a Christmas tree so that we could all start to feel more 'Christmassy.' We bought a very nice tree, very prickly but I like looking at it, especially with its twinkly lights and silver balls. Something is up though, Mummy and Daddy keep singing funny songs to me and getting excitable. I don't quite know what to make of it all but it seems to keep them happy so that's fine with me.

Sorry I'm a bit late in writing this week. Ive been feeling a little under the weather. I think its because Daddy kept on kissing me and he had a cold so now I have a runny nose. Mummy bought a special gadget where she gets to suck out my boogies. Lucky mummy!!!

We had a wonderful trip to Shanghai. I got to go on the plane with my brand new passport and I even got given a new toy. I don't think the air hostess was very bright. I don't need many toys at the moment though I am starting to grab at more things. Mummy and Daddy's team played very well and I did lots of cheering from the sideline .Mummy also ( in case you have all been worrying ) did remember to feed me lots , on the sideline, in the grandstand and even in Starbucks!

As you can see from the pictures I posted I had another play date with my girlfriend Annabella. She is very nice and always scrubs up very well in pink. We were allowed to hold hands for a little while before our mummies said that 'that was enough'. I am looking forward to our next play date.
Ciao Ciao..
