Well we made it to Christmas! Phew, what a battle and I think I came out the winner. What fun I have had this last week and now I cant wait for next Chrismas already!

In the last week we had lots of fun getting ready for Christmas. We had to entertain Nisse ( like a christmas elf) from Bornehavn and have adventures. I had to go to a very very smelly cheese shop to get Daddy his Christmas pressie from me.I really wasnt so sure about this but Daddy was delighted that I had got the smellest cheese in the whole shop! We also went to get our Christmas turkey all together and that was lots of fun.

Christmas was so exciting because do you know who came to visit????? Juleman!!!!!!!!! It was like magic. All I had to do was leave a Christmas beer out for him and some carrots and apples for Rudolph and would you believe it...he left me pressies in my pillowcase at the end of my bed! I was so lucky. I even got pressies from under the tree.

Thank you to everyone who gave me such wonderful presents. Mummy says that Igot very sxpoilt! I have been enjoying my new bike and am already racing up and down in the bike lanes, giving Mummy heart palpitations!

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and I really hope you can all come to visit me this coming year in Copenhagen, we have room, come and stay. Mummy and Daddy wont mind!

So continues our week of getting ready for Christmas. What have I been up to?

Monday 12th: I went to see the Christmas Elves and to see Juleman! I decided that I had better get myself organised and write to Juleman so that he knows what I would like for Christmas.

Tuesday 13th: We went to the library and Mummy and I learnt how to make Danish Christmas hearts. It was a bit complicated and to be honest I enjoyed playing with the knights and the castle more but Mummy seemed to be getting into the swing of making these Danish crafts.

Wednesday 14th: Mummy and I made more Christmas gingerbread but Mummy ate so much of the mixture that she thinks she has poisoned herself for ever as she couldnt even eat one gingerbread once they were cooked, silly Mummy, she must learn to pace herself.

Thursday 15th: We got out our Christmas stories and read them together. These are are the ones we have to read: Stick man, Slinky Malinki's Christmas Crackers and the Christmas Story. I like reading about Christmas.

Friday 16th: Mummy and I wrote to Juleman together and I drew him a picture. This is what I wrote to him, with Mummys help.... ' Dear Juleman, I hope you know where I live because I would really, really, like a soft sword ( see picture) and one chocolate for Mummy, Daddy and me. Felix is too little maybe a sweetie also. Love Jasper. PS Merry Christmas'

Saturday 17th: Family Christmas Day in town altogether, with all the Christmas decorations, music, treats, buying presents and going to the British shop to buy our christmas pudding and mince pie filling so we can make mince pies together

Sunday 18th: Had Christmas day with my friend Daniel,we had Christmas treats and presents together.

So as you can see it has been quite a busy week and Im not sure I can keep up this until Christmas Day. Its getting closer though and our tree now has very exciting presents under it. I want to take a peak but I think I wont be able to stop myself and I might take it too far!

This week I also was very brave and had my stitches taken out. It didnt hurt but I still had to be very brave and lie very still so that she could take them out. I hope I dont have to do that again!

Skyping Farfar over dinner time

Making the funny clove oranges

Oh O, I did it again. This time I got to bring Mummy, Daddy and Felix along with me instead of meeting them there. Where is this I can hear you asking? Well back to the hospital! This time I decided to cut my head just above my eye where lots of blood lives. It was a good trick to get out of going to bed. I was dancing and jumping on Mummy when I slipped as Mummy turned and I went into the coffee table. Silly coffee table being there! We all went together to see the doctor at the hospital and they had to put a needle into my head. I was very brave and even decided that it didnt hurt when they were stitching me up. Now I will have two scars next door to each other. I got to spend the day with Mummy though at the zoo.

So as I mentioned last week we have been trying to do something 'Christmassy' every day. Here is what we have been up to! ( The hospital trip wasnt supposed to be part of our Christmas activities but I decided to liven it all up for everyone!)

Tuesday 6th: We watched some Father Christmas songs together and I'm starting to understand what is going to happen to me if I'm good. 'Im not sure I can keep it up for this whole time before Christmas but I think I'm really going to have to try so that Father Christmas comes to see me down my chimney with his reindeer.....hang on a minute..... we just got rid of our chimney.... I hope he has a key for our door, I could leave one under the rubbish bin for him.

Wednesday 7th : We made a funny orange thingy with cloves and made patterns. I really enjoyed poking the orange and making as many holes in the orange as possible...then Mummy and I filled them with these smelly cloves. I'm not sure I really got the point of that one! We also took my christmas stocking to the local supermarket as they hang them in the shop and then fill it with goodies, just in time for Christmas!

Thursday 8th: We made special Danish Christmas Oaty balls together. You can see me licking the spoon. That was my favourite thing to do though they were very yummy.

Friday 9th : We listened to some Christmas Music and I already have my favourites which are 'Jingle Bells', 'Santa Claus is coming to town' and 'Little Drummer boy.' I like these songs a lot

Saturday 10th : We had a Christmas party at our house with all of Felixs baby group, their mummies and daddies and their older brothers and sisters. This was so much fun and we all got to eat many goodies together and dance around. I was exhausted when everyone left!

Sunday 11th: I spent the day with Moa and we went to a Christmas market and then everyone went ice skating. This was kind of exciting but they didn't have the special ice shoes to fit my feet so i think we will try another place next week. Christmas is a very exciting time! Then we went to another Christmas party and I got to have more gingerbread men, wow, a lot of eating goes on at this time!

I am loving my advent calender from Granny Moo, there is always something fun to see behind those little doors. I look forward to it every breakfast time. See you next week!

Oh and I just remembered another funny thing which I did last week. In the middle of the night I was calling Mummy and she came looking for me. Luckily for Mummy I had turned on all the attic lights, where Mummy and Daddy now sleep, all the second floor lights, and then had made my way down to the ground floor where I waited for Mummy ( at 3AM!) in the kitchen. I have to admit, when Mummy turned up I couldnt really remember getting to the kitchen but I was there so I must have walked I guess??? So it was quite lovely, Mummy and I had some hot milk and then I went back to bed, a nice meet up in the middle of the night!
