Our backyard after the first snow fall

Just a quick one this week as we are rushing around trying to find all our things in all the boxes taking over our new house before Granny Moo, Nicholas and Aunty Bex arrive on Wednesday. Its all very exciting!

Mummy and Daddy bought me a very prickly big green tree on the weekend. They put all these pretty colourful balls on it but it seems to be that they really want them to stay on the tree. I just want to take them and add them to my collection of toys!

It has been snowing a lot so we went over to our little hill and we sat on plastic bags to go down it. It was very funny and we went quite fast.

Anyway I'm off to explore. Merry Christmas everyone, please skype or ring us on Friday, I can't wait to explore all those boxes and squishy pressies under the tree!

What a busy week!

Hanging with Harry

By the moving truck

So last week I wrote I was in Latvia and now Ive snuck downstairs to write from my new house in Denmark. At the moment it is still snowing outside. Mummy and I had lots of fun in the snow today and I hope when I wake up in the morning it is still there so that we can build a snowman.

We have had a really busy time. First these men came and took all our things so we had to go and stay at my friend Harry's house. I didn't mind at all as Harry has lots of fun toys and exciting books for me to read. We even got to play in the bath together. It was a bit sad though as I had to say goodbye to my favourite Lativan- Rita. I hope I see her again as she was so much fun even if I was a little confused at times as to what she was saying to me.
Mummy took me to the Christmas Market and I got to ride on the wooden merry-go-round. It was a lot more fun than meeting a 'VERY SCARY MAN WEARING RED! I let him know that he should stay away from me!
We flew to Denmark on Friday and went straight to our new house. I wasnt allowed to stay up and explore though. You would think on a special night like Friday Mummy and Daddy could have chilled out a little with bedtime but no off to bed I had to go. But I do like my new room even if the walls are slanted. Im not sure the builder was very good?

Our new house has stairs so Mummy and Daddy have put in some gates so I cant go down them when they aren't looking. They have taught me how to go down safely though I do like to stand up when Im practising. I can also see myself in the hall mirror as I go down so that keeps me amused.

Oh and now I am saying five words a lot! Here they are: apple, nana, mama, dada, poppa but my favourite is still APPLE! To be honest Im saying a lot more but Mummy is a bit slow to pick up on the others.

So this week Mummy has been unpacking and Ive been helping a lot. It goes like this: Mummy sorts a draw out, I take everything out, Mummy puts things away, I take them out. We are a good team. Mummy definitely couldnt have organised the kitchen so quickly without my help thats for sure!

OH and while we were shopping in Ikea this weekend Mummy and Daddy thought it would be FUNNY to find the 'VERY SCARY MAN DRESSED IN RED!' again!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO do not do this again! ( But I did enjoy the gingerbread from him) I also ate my first grown up pasta in Ikea all by myself. Most of it went in my mouth... promise.

Pottering, something I do best.

The Christmas market

What a funny day it is today. Mummy is so busy today with all the packing men that she hasn't even noticed that I have snuck onto the computer. Today all of these very tall men came with lots of boxes and lots of very sticky stuff to take all our things away. I'm not sure where they are taking all of our things? I was very helpful and took some things out of the boxes for the men and stuck my fingers to the box with some of their extra sticky stuff. I also unravelled all of the toilet paper just to show them a trail to the toilet!
We had a lovely week last week with Pauline. She was so much fun. She was especially good at making faces at me and making me laugh a lot. I miss her already. She bought me some new stories which I love already.

I have to go, Mummy is coming. If I just sneak myself behind these big boxes she will never find me........ until next time.....in my new home....

I am sick

Well I don't really have much to report this week except to say I was very sick last week so Mummy didn't do anything exciting with me at all. All I was allowed to do was drink and sleep. Not much fun I say. Then Mummy's throat got sick with little bugs and now Daddy is sick. But I'm better now. I passed my doctors visit today and do you know what we found?........ TWO more teeth. Mummy didn't seem at all surprised. I felt a bit let down that she already thought she knew they were there. Do Mummys' think they know everything?

We have Mummys friend Pauline staying with us at the moment. She has come all the way from a made up country... well to me it sounds made up, its called Abooooo Dabeeee. I think it is actually an animal. We have lots of fun things planned this week. Thank goodness she came otherwise Mummy might make me stay in bed again.

I'm sorry but this will be a short update as we have had a tiring week. Mummy wasn't so good at taking many pictures in Copenhagen as she had to contend with the rain, a rambunctious wannabe toddler and exploding nappies. If anyone wants to swap places...?

We enjoyed Copenhagen. There are certainly a lot of bikes there and mummy is excited about buying a bike for her and I where I can sit in the front as though I'm selling ice cream. I'm really not sure about that one.

Ive been having a few 'issues' with my tummy and I really can only blame it on the flying. Needless to say Mummy had to 'strip' me down in the shopping centre and she was very relieved that she had just bought me some new trousers as I may have had to go home with only my jacket on.

I was also very clever as I managed to 'pop' through FOUR more teeth this week. I love to do things in giant bunches. I also have four just ready so it could be a busy week. So I am now up to 12 teeth. Its nearly a mouthful. It certainly makes it easier to chew my meat.

I had my first injury this week while we were in Copenhagen. I blame mummy for not softening the blow between me falling and the table. I cut my chin a little and it did bleed. My FIRST blood. I think I look very distinguished now with a little scratch though it did hurt a little.

I met a new friend this week. His mummy and daddy were friends with mummy and daddy in Seoul and now they live in Copenhagen too. His name is Daniel and I think we are best friends already though he is nearly five so he knows a lot more than me.

I also met some other friends of Mummy's. Emma and Lisa are very nice and even though I had just woken up I did flash them one of my trademark smiles only for the girls. I'm sure I will see them again soon.

Yesterday I had a great time listening to Poppa read my favourite story in the whole world through the computer. He is a very clever Poppa. I wonder how he does that? Thanks Poppa, Im sure you loved 'Each, Peach, Pear,Plum too.

We will have a new address soon so stay tuned for it.
